The Reflex Hub is a small, independent project, and reader feedback directly shapes which tests get built and which rough edges get fixed first. There is no contact form because the site has no backend, so the fastest route is a plain old email.

Reporting a Bug
Bug reports are gold, and a little detail makes them ten times easier to fix. When something misbehaves, please include these three things in your email:
- 1. Your browser and version. For example Chrome 138, Firefox 140, or Safari on iOS. Most bugs only show up in one browser.
- 2. Your device. Desktop or phone, and roughly what model. Touch and mouse input take different code paths.
- 3. The test name and what happened. Which test you were playing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps enormously.
Response Time
We read every message that arrives, but as a small team we cannot always reply immediately. Expect an answer within a few business days for most questions. Confirmed bugs that break a test get priority and are usually fixed quickly, even when we do not manage to reply to every individual report. If your message concerns privacy or advertising, mention that in the subject line so it gets routed faster.
